The registration fee includes participation in the conference, coffees, lunch, and documentation material. All bookings are considered binding on receipt of the booking form. Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.
Accepted method of payment is bank transfer.
Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations must be received by mail, fax or e-mail two weeks before the conference i.e. by January 15th and receive a refund less a 10% service charge. Should you cancel between this date and January 22nd then you will receive a refund less a 50% service charge. You will be liable for the full conference fee after this date.
Euroavia International/7Dimensions Media is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Euroavia International/7Dimensions Media shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impractical or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency. Circumstances beyond the control of organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Euroavia International/7Dimensions Media reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary.
